The customer water bills are issued bi-monthly and are due on/about the 20th during the months of February, April, June, August, October, and December.
Fee Schedule
- Tap in fee: $2,500
- Meter replacement due to neglect: cost of meter plus labor are payable by the property owner
- Service Termination due to non-payment: $50
- Service Restore (seasonal/snowbird): $50 ($25 to shut off and $25 to restore service)
- Late Penalty: 10% of outstanding balance (bi-monthly)
- No Lien Letters: $25
- Inspection of Service before property closing: $100 payable by the property owner
- Shut off Letters due to non-payment: $10
- After Hours Call out: $100 if deemed non-emergency
- NSF -bounced check/e-check fee: $25
- Meter Test: $15
- Request to Know Fees: $25 plus $0.25 per page
- Illegal Water Usage (meter disconnect): $500 plus court costs
- Inspection of Water Service - the seller is responsible to have the water service inspected before the property is transferred. Fee is $100 payable to WKMA.
