The fee is $100 and is payable by the seller to the Authority prior to property transfer regardless if the inspection passes or fails. Pat and Levi Ritrosky are reaching out to customers as the meter replacement is underway in a particular street/block. The Pennsylvania Safe Water Act and PA...Read more Status Update (chronological): The project is underway and we are making progress. COVID has slowed the progression, but we steadily making headway.
The new meter project will also enable a radio read functionality to improve processing.
